Enhanced Nursing Services (Skilled/Clinical Support at Home)

Enhanced Nursing Services provide a higher level of care delivered or supervised by licensed nursing professionals. These services support clients who need clinical monitoring, health education, and assistance with medically related tasks. Depending on the client’s needs and authorization, services may include nursing assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication oversight or education, chronic condition management support, wound/skin observation and reporting, coordination with physicians, and training for clients/caregivers on safe care routines. The goal is to reduce complications, improve health outcomes, and help clients remain stable at home.
